Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the goods. In the case of a single order for several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last goods delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform GesundPur of your decision by means of a clear statement – for example, by email to info@gesundpur.at or by letter to the business address stated above. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose; however, its use is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal and refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery will not be reimbursed.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back – whichever is the earlier.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge you any fees for the refund.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired. Where possible, please use a shipping method with tracking and keep the proof of postage until the return has been completed.
You may contact us at info@gesundpur.at before returning the goods so that we can match the parcel to your order and give you practical shipping instructions. However, the validity of your statutory withdrawal depends neither on prior contact nor on approval by our customer service.
Return costs
In the case of a statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that the goods were delivered correctly and free of defects.
For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we cover the necessary return costs. In this case, please contact us at info@gesundpur.at before returning the goods so that we can provide a free return option or another suitable solution.
Condition of the goods and compensation for loss of value
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning. The original packaging is not strictly required to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal; however, secure packaging helps to avoid transport damage during the return.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The hygiene exception only applies if the goods were sealed accordingly on delivery and this seal has been removed. Your statutory rights in respect of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.
Cancellation before shipping
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to carry out a requested cancellation in time. To do so, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@gesundpur.at. If it is no longer possible to cancel the shipment, this does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.
Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods
Please check the delivery as soon as possible after receipt. If the goods were damaged, defective or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gesundpur.at and tell us your order number. Suitable photos can help us process the matter more quickly.
Depending on the case, we offer a free replacement delivery, repair or refund. A late report does not affect your mandatory statutory warranty rights.
Exchanges
For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we will assist you with an exchange. If you would like a different size, colour or version, please withdraw from the original purchase in accordance with the rules described above and place a new order.
