You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@gesundpur.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You will receive the return address once you have sent us the completed model withdrawal form by email. Please note that if you refuse to accept delivery of your ordered products, you must cover the return shipping costs yourself. This fee amounts to €10.00 for all orders. Alternatively, you may accept the goods and send them directly to our return center; in that case, no return fee will apply (only the normal shipping costs for returning the goods). Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Hygiene Products

Please note that for hygiene products, such as our anti-snoring mouthpiece, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB (or the corresponding EU Consumer Rights Directive) if the seal has been removed after delivery. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, such products cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

A withdrawal immediately after placing your order is not possible, as our logistics center dispatches orders within just a few hours after purchase. You only have the right to withdraw once the goods have been delivered to you.

Furthermore, no refund will be granted if the goods are not accepted. The goods must be properly accepted and returned to the address specified by us within 14 days in order for you to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

You also have no right to return products that have been soiled or used. (Example: You are entitled to test and try on our products for 14 days after receiving them, and you may walk in the barefoot shoes on a clean surface. However, you must not damage them or use them on dirty surfaces and then return them to us. In such cases, we can no longer resell the shoes to another customer and must dispose of them. If we nevertheless receive shoes showing signs of use, you will not receive a refund.)

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We do not bear the cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
